How does it work?

Before you go to the shops, you can find deals in your area:

  • Go to "Find Listings", then "Use my location" (or pick an area from the list).
  • On the map you'll see deals in your area, and at which shops to find them.

When you are at the store, and you find a good deal, share it with the Freshly Shopped community:

  • Go to "Add Listing".
  • Take a picture of the deal, and fill out the fields. There needs to be a title and a price. You can also add a description. If you see when the deal ends, please share this info, too.
  • Once submitted, the listing may be reviewed before it gets published. Done!

I am unable to login. What can I do?

If you login with your email address:

  1. Make sure the email address you enter is correct. Maybe you have a typo? If there is a typo, the email won't reach your inbox.
  2. The email address we send may end up in your spam folder. Please check there. If you find the email there, mark the email as "not spam". Marking the email as "not spam" is different between email providers, it may be called "move to inbox". Once you've found the email, you can use the link in there to login.
  3. If you cannot get email to work, and you have a Facebook account, try "Login with Facebook".

If you login with Facebook:

  1. You need to give the "Community Login Service" permission to read your email address.

If you still cannot login, contact us.

What do you do with my data?

  1. We use email or third-party services (like Facebook) to authenticate you. When authenticating you, we request you to confirm our terms and/or privacy policy; without that, we cannot let you use our service.
  2. We collect data about you, and how you use our service, as described in our privacy policy.
  3. You can always request from us that we stop using and storing your data. See the privacy policy on how to do this.

I cannot find any listings in my area.

Freshly Shopped just launched so it will take a while to cover all the areas.

But you can change it! You can add listings in your area and share Freshly Shopped with all your friends!

I get an error when trying to use my location

On iPhone: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services - make sure Location Services is switched on.

On Android: Tap Settings > Location and move the slider to ON.

In Instagram: When freshlyshopped.com is displayed, press "...", then choose "Open in browser"
